Apparently the MM's do not want to post a Bid or Ask on LEHKQ and LHHMQ. They don't have to if they don't want to. Usually when they do this the ask is high enough so no one will guess what it is. You will have to call your broker to place an order when this happens.
All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
