Wrong! This does NOT EVEN ADDRESS the fact that shares remain undeliverd 2 weeks or more later, and wind up as long term FTD's. This is like explaining that the sky is not blue because the sun is yellow! One thing has NOTHING to do with the other, and while the sun my be yellow, it does not change the fact that the sky is in fact blue. LOL.
