Joe, thanks again for taking the time to do the call today, I joke when I say this but between the I don't knows (thats the joke part), there was a little bit of useful information and Josh seems to know what he is doing.

Answer me this though, Donnell seems affiliated with several Dean Bradley related companies, in fact I believe there were 7, how does she find the time to be corporate secretary to all 7 and be full time with QASP. Should I believe that it is really in my best interests as a shareholder to have someone so close to Dean being involved in QASP, I also see the Josh is also still associated with Dean through another Company.

With that said, I can understand why you can claim to have little knowledge of the corporate transactions of QASP due to your short tenure there, but for neither Josh nor Donnell to have any knowledge also strikes me as odd. Would you care to comment?
