Is it at all normal for a movie on mojo to have ~93% of user reviews split almost evenly between A and F?

It seems people tend to vote F if they think it's bad (as opposed to D) but 93% split nearly evenly between the two seems...odd.

I'm not trying to insinuate some shadowy entity is trying to sabotage poor turtles, I just don't have any real experience with that site or people's voting habits on it.
