Some of the contracts have been in progress for a year, to say that contracts have gone by the wayside because announcements are a few weeks later than what was "speculated" is premature.

Truth is based on fact & only changes as a result of further evidence!
Lies are based on nothing, are quickly forgotten or change to meet the needs of the user!
