Make sure you have the "preview" window option turned OFF in Outlook (I know outlook Express offers this option?)
This is how that virus continues to spread. When previewed this virus can do its nasty magic.

Scan all of your drives, reboot and scan them again.
It took me 3 tries to clean that $#%%#$% thing up!
