In general, pinky stocks are done due to new rule taken affect few days ago. They are targeted for stocks under $0.10 ( dime ) and they will not be able raise capital if the pps is under a dime. That is why, I think people are seeing general drop on all penny stocks now. if You can't raise capital by issuing new shrs, that says all !!
