Free real time quotes mostly come from your on-line broker - like Ameritrade, E-Signal, etc. You have a sign releases, etc. to get them even from your on-line broker.

I've been trying to get real time quotes from the Canadian Exchange and ran across the same thing. They have a streamer across your screen at tsx.com, but it is also delayed.
