Lol, that is truly a disgrace, while we have you here making you feel all comfortable handing over your cash, we just finished signing a document to dilute your ownership even further. Oh and we are trying to make a sales pitch that you should buy more shares, since we have this Multi Million Dollar deal with an empty shell company that in reality we are trying to reverse razzle dazzle into and claim they bought up our assets... oh yeah buy up more shares because you get a dividend of shares at a tenth of your current holdings if we can complete the deal for the empty shell and you keep your worthless shares in this emtpy shell..

Did we mention we were running out of money? That we are were weeks from laying people off because we could no longer afford to keep them on the payroll? Did we mention that we were already in default for paying Rent, vendors, contractors, and yet the PBR cannot contain material for more than a month before the next piece failed.
