You have not convinced me
12Bil ENTI share convert to 7Mil B-shares
Without increasing AS of 100Mil, that leave 79.79 mil shares unissued
To convert the B shares into unissued common share requires a FR of 150
So the PTEL FS would result in a new AS count of 15Bil
In the end ENTI and PTEL both have 15Bil shares.
