We are not lying nor thieves we have been getting all details worked out and I believe they are, more so we have been preparing for comic con, that is a huge show for us and we want to make the biggest splash we can. I am sorry the stock price is where it is but I believe fundamentally we are much stronger than when we had the conference call. If you choose to sell that is obviously your choice, but at the end of the day we are going to keep pushing and making sure we have a strong fundamental business. I have never sold a share and nor has Sid, so I am not sure what you talking about. I cant tell you the exact day and hour of news and or 8k, but I can say I feel more than comfortable in the fact that Sid and FBCD are moving forward together.
