agreed this one moves slow. but the mms are only using a computer program which does the work for them. This particular stock isnt doing much for them. but if the pps should rise fast on news....you will see CSTI disappear for a while.
on a different note.......watch for them to make a small purchase to drive the stock back down at EOD. from 5 minutes before close to 1 minute after close.
As I was typing this they did it allready.....see they moved the stock to .0038 on the bid so they could sell back to themselves to drop the pps a bit
