If we can't convert our shares after six months, then the ceo is dishonest and a liar. He has stated repeatedly "a 1 to 1 dividend for each share of enti that you hold as of the record date". I expect Tony to keep his word and not string us along or hold our shares hostage. He's had plenty of time, grow the company so that the shares are worth the .02-.05 he stated enti would be worth after the uplist. That being said, it doesn't look good for this ptel dividend to work out as we expect.
