the rich make the rules so they can break them...

no one to enforce it because they are all in the same boat... but to the lowly peasant all we can do is cry foul... little does that do... because is takes money to make money and you either are the haves or have nots. rules are made to be broken, but rules are also made to keep the complaints down... lol because without rules there would be chaos.
