Unevil...Check out the links provided by 'Comon16' on the HEMI website in the "Back Room" of the Monkey Butt Saloon in the discussion thread labeled "Shareholder Power". You will see how another group of shareholders had enough and took control of a poorly run company, elected a new Board of Directors and then the new Board appointed the new operation officers.
