Seriously Chunk, I'm getting frustrated by lack of communication here. I have never had such a terrible time getting ahold of any CEO let alone a Sales and Marketing manager. Hell I've gotten a faster response from EVERY Chinese manufacturer I have ever worked with. Now that says a lot to me... They are in a different country halfway across the globe yet they are very timely... often too timely, waking me from bed to handle business.

I sent another Email to Ken, @ [e-mail] this morning. I'm hopeing he gets around to a timely response or I will be taking my business else where. As a shareholder it will be very dissapointing if that is something I have to do. Its business you answer the phone when money talks .... if you dont that money walks. Simple really.


And I agree 100% if Ken is innundated with emails and calls, then they need to hire someone to handle the bulk of them for him. Lost revenue will become apparent if they treat businesses and people the way I and others feel we are being treated.


Seriously I can Email china and have a return call within 30 min........ Its going on 5 days SFIO... get RE/AL!!!!
