Schaber said Kanzer’s behavior “was not in the
company’s control.”
“On behalf of DOR, its employees, and our
external advisors, we definitely apologize for that
incident,” Schaber said to The Cancer Letter. “The
company does not condone that, and we are not pleased
with that. It had nothing to do with the company. It was
an individual.”
