Couldn't reply to your PM - but yes I do believe without any doubt it will reach that level. The s/s, the technology they've registered and proven ... just to name two super positives they've got going. Plus the amount of time spent for both possible suitors working with BGTH to see which of the two will be "the winner" to do the r/m with BGTH. I'd like to see this thing get finalized TODAY but sometimes patience is the key.
