Tornado Alley (PROG)

I have a lot of family in ND but they mostly all farm down in the SE part of the state, and Minot is more in the NW part. My family tends to not live on flood plains and they have tornado storm cellars. But i know one of my nephews hauled his front end loader up there to help move clay for dikes. The state still has a community spirit and help each other out freely. There are literally thousands of homes flooded. The Souris river loops down to minot from canada, and canada is trying to help hold all the water they can with their dams (most of them built with Ducks Unlimited funding) the canadians are very good neighbors in such matters.
