gosh, i am ashamed to say, i am not sure, but i think you are right, the quarterlies may just be unaudited from the auditor... and its the annual that gets the full audit approval stamp from the auditors.

in any event, the delay is hard , and i've tried eva today and on friday, but i just get voice mail for now...
