FWIW, ACSB is still engaged to audit the December 31 2010 financial statements of Home System Group and subsidiaries per an email I received yesterday from a partner at the firm...

I'm not going to post it here, but if anyone wants to see it let me know. I'll try to send it via private message tonight.
