Keith was pretty upfront with the insurance claim. Take the PR however you want. Was it overstated? Maybe. When I spoke with him, he was very clear that the claim was open and pending, but he never appeared or said anything overly optimistic. In fact, he usually leaned the other way and his comments were less than optimistic. However, as the PR stated, the claim was there and moving forward. That was correct.
