In short, you are incorrect.

There has always been at least a 30 days notice of a shareholders meeting in either a definitive proxy or preliminary proxy statement. If a meeting was to be held on June 30th, we should have received a preliminary statement last week.

If you want to get technical about the proxy regulations and not some general rule, you should look here: http://www.sec.gov/divisions/corpfin/forms/14a.htm

You can look through it and share with us what the regulations are and what NVEI must do. This shouldn't be a problem for you since you have done such a good job so far.
