On June 8th, Choi rec'd STTN and it hit a high of .15 and closed at .11 with 4.7 mil vol(buys, sells, double prints, etc.) which btw, I am grateful for,,thank you Choi
On June 15th Bonar gets 21 mil+ shares, per 8k
On June 16th, STTN announces a 5.5 mil dollar deal with 500k in a 20% dicount convert with .035 floor and 5 mil in potential money if approved by noteholders
On June 24th, Owen Naccarato files 13d for 3 mil shares he is given
On June 24th STTN closes at .06 a share
As of June 24th close Your STTN position is down .2208 % on paper from June 07th close,,STTN has issued almost 25 mil new shares to officers. Mind you that this was appx the ENTIRE OS as of June 7th
In addition, the shares on the convert, will be at a min 5 mil new shares at a max (if not ratcheted down)will be over 14 mil more shares. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE the 50 mil plus shares from the additional 5 mil if that is used as well
So let me ask you a simple question. Is your stock worth more today at .06 a share or at .077 on the 7th?
