Hard evidence such as an 8k showing a profitable co. emerging from BK is actually pretty astounding ....an attorney taking stock in a Bk case is pretty much a vote of confidence ....and lets not forget the original attorney who took a pay out for 75k ..before the Plan was Confirmed ...also a vote of confidence ....
