Tivus will finance future installs with loans, not dilution, is my understanding.

That should be a question as we do not know the terms of the loans. One only needs to see historical loans, via convertible notes to see that Tivus has had a propensity for dilutive methods of financing. Of course, this is Pinkie land and financing through capital markets should be expected. IMHO.
