Plano,,I want all on this board to make money. I've been on this thread longer than anyone and as you know I was mod for a long time before turning it over to you. I have seen this too many times with pennies. I own this stock in the .04's when no one would buy. I believed in this company when they had 24 mil shares OS,,now fully diluted we're looking at 100 mil plus OS. Since you guys came on board a couple of weeks back, the volume spike came and then they announced a financing deal, which at best case, will put 55 mil shares (if exercised at .10, but we all know that it will be less) into the float, then Bonar gets his boat load of shares and now Naccarato lines his pockets with 3 mil shares (which was NEVER disclosed in a previous filing he would get them) Ask yourself this: If you brought in all that buying and on the day you and Choi brought people in, why was the price that day up to .15 and now the stock is at .06? Doesn't make sense to me at all. There was not enough stock out there for it to spike and fall..do you think your people sold? do you think old shareholders sold? do you think the company sold? Why has it taken so long to get a market maker to get back to the BB? I only say this cause I've been burned before in the same scenario.
