I guess that while Host has relationships with all their stable of hotels, each hotel chain will make their own decision relative to what they invest in their hotels. That makes sense if Host is introducing their brother brands to Tivus in Austin. So, Tivus has to convince each chain of their worthiness.
I, like most of you, believe that if the tech is half as good as Tivus says, it will be a big time winner in the hospitality world. My biggest hope is that Tivus does not have to continue to depend on equity financing and can get to debt financing. That is going to require contracts and installation deals. I am waiting for the first reasonable contract because that will, I hope, show that we will move away from this dilution equity financing disaster that has plagued us and the share price for the last few months. IF this corner can be turned and soon, the future of this company is very, very bright. Perhaps we can all say like Forest Gump, "Lt. Dan invested in a fruit company (Apple) and now I got more money than Davey Crockett!" (Sorry, not an exact quote, but you catch the meaning.) May Tivus be our fruit company.
