I don't think there are enough shares here (that are known) to be in that situation.
My opinion only, but this looks like a classic case of old regime was given shares to leave. They are dumping and need volume. People hired to increase interest in stock. JMO, of course.

Enough is enough! I have had it with these @#$%&*! snakes on this @#$%&*! plane!
