The DC action is where all of the allegations of conspiracy, tortuous interference, fraud, & everything criminal AGAINST JPIG AND FDIC PRIOR TO BK filling.

Mary can only handle things after BK, however the release in the GSA that did away with the DC action via BK and mary.

Now the appeal has reopened it its worth alot more to make it go away via BK.
