that is a silly and short-sighted argument. when you look at the micro/small-cap landscape, it is extremely rare for a CEO and company to make such a long-term effort to establish transparency. this is one of the few stocks at this level that has this much documentation. how many times have you researched or bought a stock that you knew virtually nothing about outside of rumors, speculation, and pie-in-the-sky dreams? not many. how many stocks at this level do you know of that have been subjected to a full-cavity search by the SEC and come out on the other side with their seal of approval? virtually none. you have to establish a solid and credible foundation before you can build anything approaching long-term value. Norm has done just that...established transparency and a foundation for long-term SUSTAINABLE growth. he deserves a lot...a whole lot...of credit for conducting himself and his company in such a professional manner.
