Heres the hole I see in your what you are saying.... Managment cant dump any shares... All new shares that were issued according to the T/A are 144 restricted........I have posted tons and tons of my own DD... I firmly believe this is going to be a monster.... Everyone is entitled to think what they want and do what they want and who knows I could be totally wrong but I believe this is a WINNER!!! Im holding LONG!
