The Charlestown Plan calls for buying 55 percent of the equity from existing shareholders. There are three methods used to get there: (1) non-insider shareholders who elected to give up 100 percent of their holdings at $.35; (2) non-insiders will lose a pro-rata amount at $.35, and; (3) insiders who will receive $.45 for their shares.
