THE WAITING IS OVER
As of June 6th 2011, CGM-AST, the wholly owned subsidiary of ASII, is no longer in operation. The company in its entirety has been reclaimed by the original owner Erik Hoffer. CGM-AST has been evicted by court order from the manufacturing site located at 55 LaSalle St, that they rented in Staten Island NY. A Federal Court ruling reverted the company assets by default and a judgment has been entered against them in excess of $4 million dollars. (see attached documents) For anyone awaiting delivery of any order placed through CGM-AST may call Erik Hoffer at 941 575 0243 to reinstate the order with his new company, CGM-NV.
CGM-AST is now precluded from reselling any item covered by the original promissory note. These items include, but are not limited to: Topp Clips, Secure TRAC tape in all forms linered and self wound, TRAC seals, including all self voiding label type seals with and without residue, portable glad hand locks, king pin locks, Super Seals and security bags to mention a few. Since many of these products are patented, resale of certain items through distribution will require a new distribution agreement through CGM-NV.
CGM-NV will be headquartered in Bowling Green Ohio. The new company will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Novavision Inc. and will operate initially in both the Staten Island facility and the Ohio plant. Both redundant facilities can produce all products, and we see no production delays in fulfilling orders. We have determined however that the NY manufacturing facility will close by year end 2011 at which time all production will move to OH.
Erik Hoffer and CGM-NV consider our clients our most valuable asset. We were all disappointed at the default of ASII but it is our intention to move forward and provide our clients with the state of the art in tamper evident security packaging and related logistic security products. Our new platform will not only include all of the products CGM Security Solutions Inc once offered but we will be adding a few new products and devices to help secure the worlds supply chain from theft and terrorism. These products include our new TS3A permanent trailer glad hand lock, all CCSF labels and tapes, Drug Return Bags, Contact Memory Button Seals, the entire Navatech-USA line of cable and bolt seals and Lock Bars for swing door trailers and sea containers and holograms.
Because we have been both thought and manufacturing leaders in security packaging for over 40 years, we are confident that we can continue to play a significant role in reducing transportation risk for our clients. CGM-NV stands ready to help you choose or design the best remedy to your security issues. We have upgraded our production equipment to provide better and more visible numbers on our trailer door seals, sharper bar codes on TRAC seals and more adhesive diversity in our tamper evident tapes.
Erik and our staff of professionals look forward to the opportunity to be of service. For information please call or email to Erik Hoffer at tamperguru@comcast.net or 941 575 0243.
