If they used the money towards the manufacturing facility and hiring people coupled with inventory..THAT IS GOOD!

That is what it was suppose to be..To me, that is wayyy more than enough accomplishment.

LED street pole sector is booming and being backed by DOE thru grants and subsidy.

I wanna see PR/update regarding RFP/deals, manufacturing facility and personnel.

That is all it matters..FUNDAMENTALS!
