Usually this type of transaction is a good thing...They are trying to get stable investors to the table...a company very rarely does this unless they know a percentage can be met, with a future investor a return on the money....usually there is a time table for the amount of time that an investor has to hold on to the shares (which is negotiated at purchase)....most times when that period is up..one of two things can happen..1 the investor unloads shares and sells into the market...#2 hes sells all shares back to the company for a set percentage...

The bright part of all this is that, they are looking for private investors for money, not diluting into the market...of course that would be subject to change should they not find some private funds!! The other bright part in this is, They would not offer this unless they know price performance can be met.....Which is like them saying, we know whats coming in the near future and we know the profit it will bring!! Other wise this would be a very tuff sell for any private investors to take a bite out of.
