I do not believe there is a bear raid (whatever that is). What we have here is a company that is saddled in debt, and a lot of it. I started to list it all out for you boardmates, but it's "all there" in the latest 10Q and 10K, for those who want to look up the whole story. A significant portion of the last Q's dilution was attributable to that very debt, as millions of shares were converted for that purpose. Unless the company starts generating sales NOW, the dilution (and the incumbent pressure on the stock price) will accelerate.
Some of those debt instruments originated months ago, and shares issued to cover those debts could, by now, be making their way to the marketplace. No way to gauge for sure, as the company clearly doesn't want the commoners to know what is really going on as we are still being told the float is only 28mm shares, which is a figure from late December, 2010. Shame on the company for not providing real and up-to-date information that is requisite for the shareholder's trust. Hint: Get a transfer agent that reports.
Clearly, somebody with very deep pockets paid for a professional pumpfest late last month and consequently moved a heckuva lot of shares in the 3 to high 6 range. Since then, the price support has relentlessly eroded, even in the face of significant and verifibly positive business developments.
In the meantime, the company is strangely silent. As I documented earlier, no institution is going to pony up and provide price support with the present share structure as it is. That means the only means of price support is going to have to come from the retail investors. In pennies, the Mother's milk of retail investment is NEWS. While I don't beleive in false advertising, real promotion of company events are being squandered here. Two recent case in points: The Eco-pole video on Youtube has only 528 views so far; of which most hits likely came from Ihub participants. Secondly, how many people outside of a few Ihub readers know about the 1/2mm business location monies that was awarded to SavWatt? Except for the DD of a boardmate (thank you, Nupapa), no one would know. There is almost no exposure or proper promotion here. Things happen, but no one knows. Doubly strange coming from a company that is almost solely relying on stock issuance to get by.
