Moisture will not be an issue, torrified pellets will not rehydrate. I don't know about the contract, but Europe would be a very lucrative market. I would imagine LG would be using it at a European or North American plant. The fuel would not be competitive in Korea due to lacks emission regulations. The northeast United States likely holds some markets as well.
