SUSPECT ANY ULTERIOR MOTIVES?

Yeah, well you could always short it.
The trend shows that FCSC has been gradually increasing, which make you want to long it (over the next few days/weeks), but with whats going on now, you can't really be sure about the stock's direction.
By the way, do you really think this may be dilution? Some say the FDIC approval is valueless but even if day traders were onto this stock, it would still rise.
May be the company is keeping share price down for a reason?
