Am I missing something here?

I was under the impression that the SWA pump was normally something that would take place shortly after Calm Seas received a bundle of shares??

Isn't this how the whole convoluted arrangement works?

i.e.

KBLB draws on the line of credit -> Calm Seas receives shares -> Calm Seas calls it's partner SWA who proceeds to pump his little 4rse off??

In this way Calm Seas would definitely benefit from a pump.
