Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli have indeed, IMO, demonstrated themselves to be entirely incompetent managers.

From their ridiculous selection of Dina Lohan, to continuously and currently operating a retail website without inventory, to their recent lies regarding more frequent shareholder updates, Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli have again and again provided a sound basis for the ongoing erosion of the PPS to the current near $0 valuation.

One has to wonder how Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli look at themselves in the mirror each morning.

Does it even occur to either Frank Ottaviani and/or Todd Spinelli that it's reprehensible and deceptive to operate a retail website when Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli have no inventory to fill orders?

The GSK lawsuit was settled many months ago. With that self induced obstacle removed from the operations landscape, Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli have, IMO, nothing else on their plate except selling the toothbrush. In fact, Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli have had years to sell this toothbrush and to date, they have yet to report any success from their efforts.

Additionally, one has to wonder, exactly what do Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli bring to the table? Have either Frank Ottaviani and/or Todd Spinelli any verifiable business successes relating to their operation of any publicly traded company? What do Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli do each day? Where are Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli? They appear to draw a salary; for what exactly? If their compensation was tied to sales related performance, Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli ought to be paid $0.

How are Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli able to pay their bills with $0 revenue? Are Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli late on their payments to their landlord, utilities, lawyers, accountants, suppliers, etc?

For years I have been requesting the list of ingredients for the dentifrice that Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli have devised. To date, Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli have yet to deliver said list.

Assuming for the sake of argument that the waterless toothbrush is in some way viable for a VERY narrow market segment, what are Frank Ottaviani and Todd Spinelli doing, on a day to day basis, to penetrate said segment? Is UTRM Frank Ottaviani's and Todd Spinelli's full time job? I think it reasonable to conclude that the CEO and VP of a publicly traded company to be full time employees.
