For Ihub participants and day traders:
We don’t time our announcements to make a morning “run”, or help an afternoon run. In fact we don’t ever release news so as to benefit, or detriment, those flipping the stock. We have nothing against it, but we don’t cater to it. Sometimes we receive news or pieces of information for public dissemination at varying times; we don’t hold those and try to execute a master public relations plan. We are not Microsoft or Apple or the White House. We update when we can, as we see fit for the company. Many details cannot be released till they reach completion or fruition for myriad legal reasons.
Penny stocks and the penny stock market is capricious, precarious, and volatile, please trade accordingly.
We are working to build a real business month by month. There are thousands of technical details and challenges behind the scenes. We don’t publicly disseminate all these details. We try to update shareholders when we can as we see fit. We are sorry for any delays. That said, if you are holding the stock as a swing to long investor, there should be no problem. It even provides good opportunities to accumulate if you believe in the company and its products. If you are day trading and flipping the stock, yes, delays could be a temporary complication.
Putting out a press release costs anywhere from 500-$1500 dollars. They are expensive and we are a start-up company. We are trying to save money. We want the pps to go up and believe we are undervalued; only when absolutely necessary do we fund the company through stock.
Ihub is a fountain of information as well as misinformation, with a variety of suspect agendas from posters concealed behind aliases. Posters love to pump things up, shoot things down, or speculate wildly, depending on whether they are in or out and when they want to sell. Everyone needs to do their own thorough DD, and please remember many details cannot be released till they reach fruition. Some traders treat penny stocks like gamblers at a horse race, and then they blow up if they lose money, especially if they risk more than they can afford. Please trade wisely and carefully. If you want more conservative and transparent trading, you can always try blue chip stocks.
