IMO, these 10 baggers will pass. Like the dot com boom and other market peaks, pennies pop last. No rational place left for cash and it flows here. 20 years from now there will be a pattern of micro's popping during this time frame.Micro ETF charts look declining now. When the markets price in a ditched dollar, derivatives poison pill catalyst or muni implosion/union war, etc..., cash will flow to large caps and these stagnate again.

Just a natural phase.If one tosses chum in a pond of fish and they swarm, so be it. Capital gains tax is what we need. No?
