We're a group of filmmakers (most of us are inde) that find this funding premise as very interesting. Could be a good formula for shorts, much better than kickstart. The group doesn't own much and we won't get hurt if it all is a scam, but we won't be happy with Newbauer OR his partners. Scamming people as a funding source is NOT the way to fund a film. Scamming people before we figure out how to get our stocks set up is NOT the way to make friends in this business.

It's been recently explained to us that possibly the stock is being diluted in an effort to get the price down for insiders. Thereby making a killing for themselves and screwing everyone else who bought in at around a cent. We're betting the sell off is for expenses, filming always has hidden costs you don't count on. We'd do the same, but we would not screw over our investors if we wanted to make more films.
