1. Many keep suggesting that e need to be "clean" before they can be trusted. E have never been clean in the history of he stock market, and they may acually be cleaner than average now. If the bull starts when e are "clean" it will be accidental. Just mo.
2. It is far better to have little or no market experience now. Without the burden of 30 years or more of watching this game, it is easy to explain this away by saying "e suck." "There is inflation." "There is deflation." "The market is expensive." "There is too much capacity." All the usual crap. It's not so easy to explain when you have seen this all before, and there has been a far different reaction to it.
