Well, since it was a CEO (amongst others) that told me that timing of PR's is insider info............at any rate. Perhaps they figure they can say anything, because no one will believe them with all the misses they've put out before. They are not, legally, allowed to disseminate information in a non-public way, that would give one trader info and advantage over another. I would, myself, consider the timing of a PR, something that would do so.



BTW as far as the 8K giving the current management, it does when the 8k is written, (although Salamon filed a protest that it listed him), however, my understanding is that if there are changes to the management, it is supposed to be pr'd. I don't know that an 8K would have to be done before the PR. There was a question as to whether management changed, because of the change in the website, I believe I just said that if it was changed, it would, legally, have to be made public.

Those who refuse to learn from the past, are doomed to repeat it. Whether in this case, the leadership has learned, or the investors should have learned, only time will tell. I hope they learned.
