In fairness to all the investors, I can not say too much. There will be press releases starting shortly that will indicate why the delay in giving out information.



The management information was deleted while we add some new management as a result of a very recent merger by Sunlogics PLC.



The current officers will be announced in the press release due out early next week.



We are finalizing the first round of financing and should be making an announcement in early July. You will be very glad you held your stock!

Good Morning,

I have made numerous attempts to contact investor relations through the sunlogics website to no avail! I have a substantial amount of money invested in this company and expect (at the very least) for the company to respond to my mail inquiries. I have sent numerous emails from a number of different accounts I own and have not received a response to date! My questions are as follows:

1. Why was the Management tab at the sunlogics website removed after the merger announcement?
2. Who are the current officers of the company?
3. When are we going to receive formal news regarding financing for Solar projects?


I would appreciate a reponse.
