Yes I hear you. It is hard to find real potential in the cloud computing space without buying multi dollar stocks.

What intrigues me about this merger is that Promark offers the consulting/servicing capability to open doors the hardware guys can't. That adds a whole new dimension and income stream to IWEB and possibly makes them an even more interesting acquisition target for the big players.

Most of us expect a buyout within 18 - 36 months and the recent acquisition price has been at 7 to 10 times gross revenue. I would be happy as heck at 5 times gross revenue. That would be a ten bagger for me.
