ZF Please answer all of these questions, thank you.

"Anyone who has already invested in a few big winners can tell you that the pump is completely irrelevant."

1. Name 1 company that has made it that has been pumped this hard? (if kblb succeeds it will break the mold, I do feel further scientific success is to come)

"Pump newsletters use screening tools that sort for things like large percentage gains in a short time."

Umm no, just flat out no. Pump newsletters get typically get PAID TO PUMP. I.E. company X calls pumper Y....company X says pump my stock from the 13th-14th....pumper Y says ok give me xxx dollars or xxx shares. It is all in the disclaimers
2. Show me a link or some shred of evidence that backs up your claims.
But I already know the answer, this particular promoter owns shares and warrants for kblb shares.

"Because those screens have no way of distinguishing (nor do they apparently care to) between real solid companies and pure fluff"

Of course not, b/c they get profit from the pump whether the company has awesome potential like KBLB or does not. They don't do this to invest long term, they pump so that either the promoter can sell their shares, or company insiders sell shares. Someone is selling shares, and we know it isn't Kim T.

"However some smart investors realize all this and check out the companies such newsletters pump."

The average fellow that signs up to newsletters is a new investor that is gullible, and believes in the claims that they will make 5-10 x their money and doesn't know of the general problem of fraud that exists on the OTC. Experienced investors by large won't touch a penny stock, especially one being pumped. KBLB in certain aspects has broken some trends, there are scientists, doctors, engineers etc all invested here, really really solid and wonderful people.

"That explains why today's stock newsletter did something almost unheard of for ones that cater to the momentum traders as it does: it was recommending KBLB as a LONG TERM investment "

Newsletters only cater to themselves.
From the pump's disclaimer,"publisher will be selling its' shares of KBLB during the campaign at prices that may be below its' target as it deems necessary, so while the publisher is telling you to buy they are selling!"
Hrmmm interesting, that one speaks for itself, OF COURSE it was recommending KBLB as a LONG term investment, they want you to buy WHILE they are selling.....their words not mine.

"Even the best early stage companies get "pumped" by such newsletters"

3. Name just 1.
Pumps are only common on the OTC, where only a few companies have succeeded, so please enlighten us.

"even though the financing arrangements are far better than for most companies at this stage "

The on paper terms are fine, guaranteed 1 mil(up to), 20 percent discount.......it is the strings attached that are real concerns. Out of respect for the rest of the board, I will not elaborate, I did so dozens of times over the past weeks.

"IMHO, the fact that a stock newsletter may be "pumping" is about as irrelevant as anything could possibly be."

Yeah......no.
Now here are my favorite quotes from today's 2 "true.....solid reality" filled pumps LMAO.
"We have seen massive shorts and picked up coverage by buyins.net who states there is a 138M short position." Umm 100 percent incorrect.
"Take advantage of any and all dips and load up on KBLB when you can at these levels. After KBLB announces additional commercialization or scientific breakthroughs these low levels may be a thing of the past. "
"it’s hard to forget the 800pct plus many of my readers banked during the success of last September’s press conference"
"This may be your last opportunity to get in at these levels." They have been saying this since September.....
"Traditionally, my readers who acted the quickest have made the most money"
"GET IN EARLY AND OFTEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"My last Bio-Tech pick had a run from .15 cents to $2.70 on record volume, and even though that company ran mostly on the speculation of a unproven product, it is not match for the types of gains possible on KBLB. "
"While lots of my readers have been enjoying some substantial percentage and short term gains, this is not my focus; I am hoping you all hit the Long Ball with KBLB "
"Everyone should pick up and hold some KBLB"
"if you take some short term trading profits you should pick up more on the dips"
"I believe the street will pick this up and with the existing short position in KBLB, this could be one of the most exciting plays in the market this year."
"One only has to look at ____'s history to see what happens when shorts are wrong and a concept becomes reality BOOM"

4. Evidence of this huge 138M short position?....don't bother, here ya go a whopping 67,000 shares short http://shortsqueeze.com/?symbol=kblb

"The science so far is great".

Yeup.
Regarding the possible delays etc....I doubt KBLB will announce anything until success....failure exists until success is announced kinda. I don't see any panic coming if there is a 2-3 week PR lull, but the stock will lose value slowly until something good comes out. KBLB SP should be pretty stable at this point, will take a 2 month PR silent period (imo) to get back down to pre .10 levels. Which is kind of why I don't understand why you are preaching a PR is imminent, I think it is more appropriate to say why you think the science is all but fail proof (which you have), but say patience might be needed until it is announced. In essence you have created a climate in which investors that listen to your thoughts have come to expect a pr announcing ZF success this week, so 3 weeks go by and no PR, they start to assume the experiments didn't work etc... in reality the ZFN's could've worked and Kim just hasn't announced it yet.

P.S. this newsletter says the same thing about every stock it pumps. i.e. huge potential, comparing it to fortune 500 companies, huge short positions, huge potential profits, buy buy buy, etc... KBLB is the only stock that hasn't subsequently forever sunk to the abyss following the pumps.

Timothy Sykes has made millions of dollars trading promoted stocks, usually selling short.....
but let's ask the SEC again what they think about email stock promotions >>http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/pump.htm
