Understanding the Chinese end game tells you everything you need to know. All Chinese businesses are state controlled. PERIOD. No matter how they want to disguise their government and pretend they are some new kind of democracy they are a communist dictatorship and their only concern with their populace is keeping them under control, happy, and content with the status quo.
Once you understand that, then you can look past the happy partnership with your favorite two guys at CMV and know that it is all about getting the precious metals into their own greedy little hands. This will work to the shareholders advantage.
